This is more or less based on personal experience. I like parking there when I play pool at Riverside Billiards in the winter. Other than that, I hate winter: the Ice, the Snow, the COLD!I once got a ticket in that area, during a non-snowy season, parking at a meter that was broken (!!!). I had even left a note. I got out of paying the fine, but really!!! I figure the free parking due to snow covered meters is pay back time.
