It seems like every campaign needs a good slogan. Obama had that "change" thing and the "Yes we can" phrase. Even if you're going to do something most people actually won't like you need
a catchy phrase. Were you around in the Premier Mike Harris Days??? Remember the so-called "Common Sense Revolution". How many people who later regretted it, swallowed that one?

published March 7/08: Parking Meters

This is more or less based on personal experience. I like parking there when I play pool at Riverside Billiards in the winter. Other than that, I hate winter: the Ice, the Snow, the COLD!
I once got a ticket in that area, during a non-snowy season, parking at a meter that was broken (!!!). I had even left a note. I got out of paying the fine, but really!!! I figure the free parking due to snow covered meters is pay back time.
